1. About PoolTrips

PoolTrips is a global directory of pool, billiard and snooker venues. By using PoolTrips you agree to these Terms.

2. Using PoolTrips

• You must be 18 or older to create an account
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You may not use PoolTrips for any unlawful purpose
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. User Content

• Reviews, submissions and edit suggestions you contribute must be honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You grant PoolTrips a non-exclusive licence to display your contributions on the platform
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community standards or these Terms

4. Venue Listings

• Venue information on PoolTrips is provided for informational purposes only
• We cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of listing information
• Venue owners are responsible for keeping their claimed listings accurate

5. Owner Claiming

• Claiming a venue listing requires a one-time verification fee of $79 USD
• This fee covers the cost of manually reviewing and verifying your ownership claim
• The fee is charged regardless of whether your claim is approved or rejected (see Refund Policy)
• Approved owners must keep their listing information accurate and up to date

6. Promote Subscription

• The Promote feature is available to approved venue owners for $29 USD per month
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; your promotion continues until the end of the current billing period
• You will receive an email confirmation after each monthly charge
• Payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record

7. Intellectual Property

The PoolTrips name, logo and design are owned by PoolTrips. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of PoolTrips without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PoolTrips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PoolTrips after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
